For the Omnivores
Ready in 45 Minutes Pot Roast
With Potatoes - Carrots - Onions and
Portobello Mushrooms
2 to 3 lb Roast trim extra fat and cut into Halfs
(For Easy fit in Pressure Cooker)
cloves of Garlic peeled and cut into slices
cut Slits into Roast and place garlic into slits
Meat tenderizer and Pepper and Sea salt the roast
Add Potatoes, Carrots, Onions
and
Portobello Mushrooms
Add 2 Cups of Beef Broth
Hit the Meat Button
and then the button for Taste
for Rare, Medium and Well Done
and that will adjust the time
Well done usually 45 Minutes
Medium 30 Minutes
Rare Not sure on the cooking time
