My Version of the Cook out Vegan Buffalo Chicken Sandwhich

Ingredients 
Portobello Mushroom  Caps
Sauteed in
Franks original Red Hot 
Soy Sauce
Lime juice
1 - 2 Hours
Egg Plant Sliced 
Virgin Olive Oil
Both Cooked on 
 Grille
Mushroom Cap
(Cooked until Chicken like Texture) 
Slice of Egg Plant
Placed both on a Hamburger Bun
Vegan Mayo 
(Walmart  or Target  Cheapest)
Slice of Tomato
Lettuce
Vegan Delight at your next Cook out
