Omnivore Easy Breaded Pork Chops In The Pressure Cooker 09/22/16

Omnivore 
Pressure Cooker 
Easy
Breaded Pork Chops
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
3 or 4 - Pork Chops 
(Bone in or Boneless)
6 - Cloves of Garlic
(Peeled and Chopped)
1 - Medium Onion
(Peeled and Chopped)
1 1/2 - Cups of Flour in a separate bowl 
(Gluten Free or Regular)
2 - Large Eggs in a separate bowl 
(beaten)
1 1/2 - Cups of Bread Crumbs in a separate bowl 
(Italian Style or Plain)
1 - Tbsp of Butter or Margarine 
2 - Tbsp Olive Oil
Take the Pork Chop 
Cover in flour then dip it in the egg then in the Bread crumbs
Turn Pressure cooker on to sear and beown 
the pork chops
Place Butter and oil in the Pressure Cooker
Heat until butter is melted and hot
Add one pork chop at a time and brown it on both sides
Remove it and place of a plate and repeat
with  the remainder of the pork chops
(You may have to add more Butter)
after all pork chops are browned
leave the on the plate for now 
Add the onions to the pressure cooker 
and cook until they soften up
add the garlic mix them together 
Add 3 to 4 Tbsp of water to the onions
Place your Steaming rack in the Pressure Cooker
Place the pork Chops on the rack
 not into the liquid 
Place the Lid on close pressure valve
Set for 10 minutes on meat setting
When time goes off Carefully release Steam
Make any side dish you prefer 
I made French Fries and Baked Cauliflower

Omnivore Pressure Cooker Spinach and Chicken Parmesan 09/18/16

My 
Pressure cooker 
Omnivore
Spinach and Chicken Parmesan 
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time 15  Minutes
let stand Time 10 Minutes
3 - Boneless skinless Chicken Breast 
(Cut into chunks)
3 - Tbsp of flour
2 - Tbsp olive oil
1 - Tbsp oregano
1 - Tbsp basil
1 - Tbsp parsley 
2 - Tsp of garlic seasoning or garlic salt or powder
2 - Tsp black pepper
1 - 8 oz package of fresh mushrooms
(Peeled and sliced thick or thin)
1 - 28 oz cam of tomato sauce
10 - Cloves of garlic or 2 Tbsp of minced garlic
(Fresh garlic chopped)
1 Hot or mild Banana Pepper
(Washed and remove seeds and chopped)
1 - Large onion 
(Chopped into small pieces) 
1 - Tbsp of Vegetable Bouillon  
1 - Cup of Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 - 8 oz bag of fresh spinach 
(cut off stems and use full leafs)
after the let stand time
Add butter and flour in a separate bowl
2 - Tbsp of Butter melt in microwave 
4 - Tbsp of flour
1 - 8 oz bag of mozzarella cheese 
Add olive oil to pressure cooker turn on 
add lightly brown chicken 
mix in onions, garlic and banana pepper 
add remaining ingredients 
except the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese
the butter, flour mixture and the spinach
add in 1/2  the tomato sauce  
sprinkle the 3 Tbsp of flour over and mix well
Place the lid on set the pressure release to close hit the
cook time to 15 minutes 
then let sit for 10 Minutes on the keep warm mode 
that it should automatically come on 
then carefully release steam 
add the rest of the tomato sauce 
 then mix in then Spinach and stir in the butter mixture 
add the Parmesan cheese mix together 
you can put the lid back on until your ready to serve dinner 
add the mozzarella cheese on your plate 



Vegan Pizza Folds

My Easy
Vegan 
Pizza Folds
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 - 13 Minutes
Until Browned on both sides
1 -  8 ct package of  large Burrito flour tortilla shells
(Make as many as you need for dinner)
1 - Jar of Pizza Sauce 
(Check the label  make sure its vegan most are)
1 - 4 oz Package of fresh mushrooms
(Peeled and sliced Thick or thin)
1 - 8 oz  Bag of fresh spinach
(Chopped)
1 - 16 oz Jar of hot or mild banana peppers
1 - 12 oz jar of marinated artichoke hearts
(cut into Pieces) 
1 - 8 oz Bag of Daiya mozzarella vegan cheese
Preheat Oven at 350
Take a tortilla cover with pizza sauce to to thick
on half put on sliced mushrooms
then on half add artichoke hearts
then on half add banana Peppers 
Then the fresh spinach
Cover with Daiya Cheese 
Fold the plain side over and place on a cookie sheet
with parchment paper Preferred for easy clean up
Bake  on one side until it starts to brown then flip over
and brown the other side until it gets a little crispy 
Let cool a little 
it will be hot!!!!

Omnivore my Stuffed Super Hot Hungarian Peppers 09/09/16

Omnivore 
Super Hot Hungarian 
Banana Peppers
Prep Time 15 Minutes
Cook Time 60 Minutes
16 Hot Hungarian Peppers 
or 
Sweet Banana Peppers
(Washed Tops cut off and carefully slice long ways and remove seeds)
3 - Lbs of Ground Beef 
3 -  Medium size Eggs
1 - Cup of Italian Style Bread Crumbs
2 - Tbsp of Garlic Salt or Powder
1 - Tbsp of Black Pepper
1 - Tbsp of Oregano 
1 - Tbsp of Italian Seasoning
1 - Tbsp of Parsley 
In a Large Bowl Mix Ground Meat and Eggs
Then Add the bread crumbs mix well
Then add all the Seasonings and mix well
Take your Baking Dishes and coat the bottom 
with a plain Tomato sauce
Stuff the peppers and place in the baking dish 
(You should need two baking dishes Depends on how many Peppers)
The remainder of meat roll into meatballs 
and place in baking dish
Cover with Tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes

Josh's Birthday Dinner I made 09/07/2016 Part B

Vegan 
Baked
Tomato, Potatoes. and Spinach
Prep Time 10 Minutes
Cook Time 45 Minutes
1 - 28 oz Can of stewed tomatoes with Italian Seasonings 
1 - Bag of Spinach
(Chopped) 
6 - Medium Russet Potatoes 
(Peeled and Diced)
10 Cloves of Fresh Garlic 
(Chopped)
1 -  Large Onion 
(Chopped)
Take a large Baking Dish coat bottom
 with a plain tomato sauce 
Add all the ingredients except Stewed tomatoes
 to baking dish Sprinkle with Oregano, Parsley, Basil and black pepper
then pour Stewed Tomatoes over top spread out evenly 
 cover with foil and  place in preheated oven at 
350 Degrees
For 45 Minutes


Josh's Birthday Dinner I made 09/07/2016

Vegan
Tomato, Potato, and Kale 
10 Minutes Prep Time
25 Minutes Cook Time
1 - Red pack 28 oz can of whole Tomatoes 
(Cut into Halves)
6 - Large Russet Potatoes 
(Peeled and Diced}
6 - Leafs of Fresh Kale 
(Chopped) 
10 - Cloves of fresh Garlic
(Peeled and chopped)
1/3 - Cup of olive oil
1 - Large Onion 
(Diced)
Add Olive Oil, Potatoes, Garlic 
to a large frying pan
cook for about 10 Minutes to get the potatoes soft
add the kale cook for another 10 Minutes
add the Whole tomato halves and 
Cook about 5 Minutes until Hot.

Happy Birthday Josh cake 09/06/16

3 Tier 
Vegan
Marble Cake
 filled with 
Cherry Pie filling
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time 75 Minutes
1 - can of Duncan Hines vegan chocolate icing
1 - Can of Cherry Pie Filling 
1 -Box of Duncan Hines Classic Yellow cake mix
Add to medium bowl 
Add 3/4 cup of apple Sauce
1/3 - Cup of Vegetable oil
1 Cup of water
mix on slow for about 30 seconds
add to a 3 tier cake pan
in a separate bowl 
1 -Box of Duncan Hines Swiss Chocolate cake mix
add 3/4 cup of apple Sauce
1/2 - Cup of Vegetable oil
1 Cup of water
mix on slow for about 30 seconds
pour chocolate mix over yellow batter in zig zag lines
and with a spatula push chocolate mix into the yellow batter 
to make it marble 
Place in Oven for 55 to 75 Minutes
I Check with wooden skewers so i can check the deepest part
that it come out clean
After it fully cools Ice it
Add the Cherry filling to the center and put on the cake sprinkles

Vegan
Spinach
 stuffed Hot Hungarian 
Banana peppers
and 
Roated Brussels Sprouts and Cauliflower
 Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 50 minutes
16 Hot or Sweet Banana Peppers
(Wash and cut off tops carefully slice sown the side and remove seeds)
1 Bag of fresh spinach
(Chopped)
1 1/2 - 8oz package of Portobello mushrooms
(Chopped)
1 Medium Onion
(Chopped)
20 Cloves of Garlic
(Chopped)
3 Tbsp of olive oil
Add olive oil to large frying pan on medium flame
Place in Mushrooms, Garlic and Onions
cook until hot and onion wilt
Add spinach by the hand full and stir until spinach cooks down
and repeat until all the spinach has been cooked in
Remove from heat after it cools for a few minutes 
place in a bowl then take a large baking dish
coat the bottom with any tomato sauce that is vegan
stuff peppers and lay them in baking dish do not cover with sauce
cover with tin foil place in oven at 350 degrees for 50 minutes


Roated Brussels Sprouts and Cauliflower
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 30 Minutes
1 - Bag of fresh Brussels Sprouts
(cut in half long ways)
1/2  - Head of Cauliflower
(cut into bite size pieces)
1/3 Cup of olive oil
Basil - Garlic Salt or Powder - Black Pepper
Place Brussels sprouts and Cauliflower 
into a 1 gallon zip-lock bag 
add olive oil and seal keep turning bag over to completely coat
and place on a  piece of parchment paper on  a cookie sheet 
Bake for 30 Minutes at 350 Degrees turn at 15 minutes


  




Dinner with Amber and Josh 09/09/16

Vegan
 stuffed Hot Hungarian 
Banana peppers
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time 50 minutes 
16 Hot or Sweet Banana Peppers
(Wash and cut off tops carefully slice sown the side and remove seeds)
1 -  Large loaf of white bread
(cheapest brand)
Rip bread into small pieces and place in a bowl
1 / 2 of 15 oz container of Vegan Earth balance butter
2 - Stalks of celery 
(Chopped)
1 - Medium Onion 
(Chopped)
Take a glass baking dish and cover the bottom with
tomato sauce 
Add Butter onions and celery to frying pan heat on medium flame
 until well mixed and hot
pour mixture over the bread let cool a little and mix together
Fill peppers with bread mixture and place in the baking dish
Cover with Tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes 
You can make extra sauce but they taste great plain
