Omnivore Easy Breaded Pork Chops In The Pressure Cooker 09/22/16

Omnivore 
Pressure Cooker 
Easy
Breaded Pork Chops
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
3 or 4 - Pork Chops 
(Bone in or Boneless)
6 - Cloves of Garlic
(Peeled and Chopped)
1 - Medium Onion
(Peeled and Chopped)
1 1/2 - Cups of Flour in a separate bowl 
(Gluten Free or Regular)
2 - Large Eggs in a separate bowl 
(beaten)
1 1/2 - Cups of Bread Crumbs in a separate bowl 
(Italian Style or Plain)
1 - Tbsp of Butter or Margarine 
2 - Tbsp Olive Oil
Take the Pork Chop 
Cover in flour then dip it in the egg then in the Bread crumbs
Turn Pressure cooker on to sear and beown 
the pork chops
Place Butter and oil in the Pressure Cooker
Heat until butter is melted and hot
Add one pork chop at a time and brown it on both sides
Remove it and place of a plate and repeat
with  the remainder of the pork chops
(You may have to add more Butter)
after all pork chops are browned
leave the on the plate for now 
Add the onions to the pressure cooker 
and cook until they soften up
add the garlic mix them together 
Add 3 to 4 Tbsp of water to the onions
Place your Steaming rack in the Pressure Cooker
Place the pork Chops on the rack
 not into the liquid 
Place the Lid on close pressure valve
Set for 10 minutes on meat setting
When time goes off Carefully release Steam
Make any side dish you prefer 
I made French Fries and Baked Cauliflower
