Dinner 02/18/2016

Pressure Cooker Super Spicy Chili
2 1/2 Lbs Lean Ground Beef Split into Halfs
1/2 Cup of Olive oil
1 Medium Onion Chopped
7 Cloves of fresh garlic
10 Mini Colored Sweet Peppers Chopped
Or
1 Large Green Pepper Chopped
2 15 oz Cans of Kidney  beans
1 28 oz  Can of whole tomatoes
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Dried Basil
3/4  Tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
3 Tbsp Chili Powder 
1/2 Cup Franks Original Red Hot
1 1/2 Cups of water
2 whole Bay Leafs 

Put 2 Tbsp of olive oil in pressure cooker press Stew / Soup button this will engage 
the browning feature brown half the ground Beef and put into separate container
drain oil from pressure cooker be careful pressure cooker pot will be hot.
You don't have to turn off pressure cooker while exchanging ground meat and oil. 
Just be Careful.
Add another 2 Tbsp of Olive oil to pressure cooker and brown 2 the second half
of the ground beef add to container with the done Ground Beef.
Drain oil into same container from first batch.
add remaining Olive oil 4 Tbsp to pressure cooker again leave it on 
Add the Onions, Garlic and peppers and stir until Onions turn a light brown.
Add the Ground Beef and the rest of the Ingredients into the pressure cooker
mix it up using a wooden or rubber spatula
 not to scrape inside of the pressure cooker Pot 
Lock the lid on set pressure valve to seal or closed
just leave the pressure cooker on when you seal it up it will set for 25 minutes
once the pressure set inside an will start to count down, Once it hits zero it is done the 
stay warm light will come on be careful  and release the steam once steam is done
open the lid away from you slowly 
Discard the bay leaves and serve
Dinner is served
I like to sprinkle American or cheddar cheese and I add a little more 
Franks Original Red Hot to my bowl
( I use that shit on everything )
