Pressure Cooker Cod
and Roasted Red Potatoes
and Roasted Red Potatoes
2 Lbs Fresh Cod
3 - 18" Pieces of Wax Paper
Garlic salt or Garlic Powder (What ever you prefer)
Black Pepper
Soy Sauce
12 Slices Lemon
or
(You can use Orange or Lime)
6 Tbsp of Margarine or Butter
1 Cup of water
Cut the Fish fillets in Half across
Lay out a Piece of wax paper
Put 2 Fillets on the wax paper
Cover with Garlic salt or Powder
A light Cover and a heaver cover of Black Pepper
sprinkle with soy Sauce
place 2 Lemon Slices on each Fillet
Put 1 tbsp of margarine or butter
on the center of each fillet
Fold over 1 Long end of wax paper then the other
then the sides place wax paper on a steam rack in
Pressure Cooker
and repeat 2 More times with the rest of the Fillets
add Water and Lock lid in place and close steam valve on lid
Press the Fish Button or cook for 5 Minutes After the pressure builds up
the 5 Minute count down will start
when time is done carefully release the pressure vale
then remove lid away from your face
