325 Degrees
In a large bowl mix
3 - cups of flour or Gluten free flour
1 - Tsp Salt
1 - Tsp Baking Soda
1 - Tsp Baking Powder
1 -Tbsp of Cinnamon
seperate bowl mix
3/4 - Cup of apple sauce
1 - Cup of vegetable oil
2 - Cups of sugar
1 - Tbsp of Vanilla
combine the 2 bowls and mix very well with a mixer
or by hand
Add 2 - Cups of shredded Zucchini
mix well
Add 1 /1/2 - Cups of Raisin's
Mix well
pour into small loaf tins
1 batch makes 5
