Vegan Vegetable Soup 12/03/16

Vegan
Easy 
Pressure Cooker
Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
5 - Stalks of celery
(Washed and cut into 1" pieces)
1 - Large Onion
(Peeled and cut into 1" Pieces)
1 - 8 oz package of fresh mushrooms
(Peeled and sliced thick do not wash)
1 - 16 oz bag of baby carrots 
(Washed and optional cut in half or whole)
1 -  32 oz Vegetable broth
2 - Tbsp Parsley 


Add all the ingredients to you pressure cooker
and any other vegetables you like 
(fresh spinach, zucchini, etc)
Pour in the vegetable broth
place the lid on close the pressure valve 
hit the soup button other manual for 25 minutes
