Vegan Easy Pumpkin Pie

Vegan 
Pumpkin Pie
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 65 minutes
1 - 15 oz can of pure pumpkin
3/4 - Cup of Coconut milk
(Shake well before opening)
1/2 - Cup brown sugar
1/4 - Cup maple syrup 
1/4 - Cup Cornstarch
2 - Tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 - Tsp Vanilla Extract 
1/2 - Tsp salt
1/2 - Tsp cinnamon 
1 - Keebler ready crust, graham pie crust
(Our use your own crust)

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
In a large Bowl add all the ingredients 
 with an electric mixer 
Mix thoroughly add to pie crust and bake
for 65 Minutes 
Stick a knife in the center if it comes out clean it is done
if not replace back in oven 
for 5 minutes and check it again
