Ingredients:
3 - Large boneless skinless chicken breast
(Can be semi Frozen cut into strips then in half)
3 - Cups chicken broth
3 - Cups of pasta
(Penna or rigatoni uncooked)
1 - Medium onion
(Peeled and diced)
3 - Stalks of celery
(Washed and cut into bite size pieces)
1 - Small bag of baby carrots
(Washed, cut in halves)
2/3 - Cups franks original red hot sauce
1/2 - Cup of soften cream cheese
1/2 - Cup feta cheese
1 - Tbsp ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix
1 - Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 - Cup mozzarella cheese
Add the vegetable broth to the inner pot of the pressure cooker
add the Pasta, Chicken, Celery, Onion, Carrots, Ranch seasoning
and the Red hot sauce and mix together.
lock the lid in place close the pressure valve
press the rice button set to 15 minutes
After the cooking time is done carefully release the pressure
remove the lid, add in the cream cheese stir until the
cream cheese is melted
in a medium bowl mix together the cheddar, mozzarella and feta
then add the cheese mixture to the pressure cooker and
mix until all the cheese have melted
and serve
